Docusign is an application that allows people to create an electronic signature and process electronic contracts. This application makes it easier to acquire signed approval of contracts because this can now be done online and via softcopy. Just send the printable contract through the web and the signatory will be guided on how to approve it through signing. The document can be seen using a browser and the signature is guaranteed to be 100% compliant with legal standards.

There are two versions of Docusign. These are the Professional Version and the Advanced Professional Version. Both have the basic features of Docusign but security is far more guaranteed with the Advanced Professional Version. The only negative observation most customers make about Docusign is that they require the user to give them personal information just to see the trial version of the application.
